Kueh Salat is a cherished kueh found across Malay and Peranakan communities in Singapore and the wider region. Made with a base of glutinous rice steamed in coconut milk and crowned with a fragrant pandan custard, it is a dessert deeply tied to memory, gathering and celebration.

Created in honour of Singapore’s National Day, our bar pays tribute to the flavours, traditions and communities that shape the nation’s rich food culture.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, cane suagr, rice, coconut milk powder (coconut cream, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate), egg yolk powder, blue pea flower, tea leaves, pandan extract
